What is the process? 

What do we do first if a terrorist threat hits our community? 

There are many agencies who practice in role playing scenarios to have an idea what could happen in a time of crisis.  However, practice is practice, and reality is reality.  How do you think this committee or meeting will help a community in a positive way --if a crisis or natural disaster affects to a community?
