For Lab 02, these are steps you may do.

1) Initialize the port

2) Read inputs from the switches, use the function PortF_Input provided in main2.s

3) Write code that decides what values the inputs give you.

4) Give LEDs values to output through the function PortF_Output.

Step 1) runs once, and steps 2), 3), and 4) are in the mainloop. The method in PortF_Input and PortF_Output is the Read-Modify-Write method.
