Editing a how to build PC technical manual--not an essay--need more details--please help if you can

Hi, I need an A+ certified (preferable) to finish and edit the attached "how to build a PC manual." I would like a tutor who enjoys doing technical manuals. This is not an essay! I've already paid 2 tutors and am honestly still not satisfied as this project is still not complete according to the teacher. They keep writing as if it's an essay. I need technical details and graphics as per the attached instructions. The PC jargon needs to be understood by anybody, and it needs graphics and detail. This is an instructional manual, again, not an essay. Since you are not creating this from scratch and I have already paid 2 tutors to come this far with this project, I would like this back by Sunday night if possible. This is an editing project; you are making it better as it is still not where it's supposed to be. Please see the attached instructor feedback above the attached instructions.  I am hiring a tutor as I don't have much time. Please let me know if you need a higher rate to make this great. It needs details.Please add pictures to this manual to assist with how to build a PC.  Overall, you're adding some pictures, adding details on building PC's, and adding references in the right IEEE style.
