 it is an exam paper that requires you to build a database using Microsoft Access. 

I would send you a Edexcel Applied ICT Unit 7 .pdf question paper such as this: 

This is an example of what you or your colleagues would be answering.

You would then create the database from scratch using Microsoft Access along with a few Microsoft Word documents that need to be written.

10 hours is given to the exam itself so I would image it may take you a similar time to complete.
