TASK

Select an actual business enterprise of your choice. List and discuss the key economic issues facing an actual business enterprise. 

DESCRIPTION/ FOCUS

In completing the above task, you should: 

- Identify the targeted market of the business of your choice.

- Discuss the concept of elasticity of demand in relation to this business.

- Discuss and critically assess the applicability of economic models, such as perfect competition and monopoly, to the selected business enterprise.

- Refer to any other relevant theoretical principles of economics involved.

- You should read and refer to relevant media articles that you might find in Australian Financial Review (AFR), Business Review Weekly (BRW), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) updates and other such primary information sources. These may be print or Web based.
