Think of experiences you have had with infants or toddlers, either professionally or personally.  Describe an example of positive parent-child (or caregiver-child) communication you observed and an example of communication that was negative or harmful.  Give your opinion as to why one example was positive and why the other was negative in regards to the child’s development.
