Easy Business law homework. Please read the instructions well!

I'm an international student and I'm still struggling with English. So I would my homework to be answered correctly but in simple words that demonstrate my english level. For the homework, you just need to read cases 9-3, 9-4 and 9-7. and asnwer the critical questions at the end. PLease do this in a paragraph answer.
