Prepare a two page detailed paper, following APA guidelines, in-text references, introduction, conclusion, with sub-headings.  3 references in APA format
Detailing the respective duties of people critical to the corporate process: Directors of Corporations, Officers of Corporations and Shareholders of Corporations.
The paper should include an analysis of the difference between a publicly held and a closed corporation with supported findings.
