Answer the question in 300 words or more. Organize your response in the form of a mini essay (intro, body, and conclusion).

Make sure the thesis is clear in the introduction; the topic sentence is the first sentence of the body paragraph, and the conclusion should wrap up the overall argument of the mini essay.

Ch. 5: “Visuals and Statistics in Argument,” pp.114-142 textbook (read, reason, write)

1. Review the photos that open chapters 1,4,5,8,18, and 23. Select the one you find most effective. Analyze it in detail to show why you think it is the best. Use the guidelines listed in the chapter 5 to develop the analysis in your essay.
