Drugs as a social problem

I have paper that's due the 30th over drugs as social problem in today's society. A discussion of the scope and consequences of the problem, and assessment of society's responses to the problem ( including public policies and other less formal responses). Papers should also present a clearly reasoned alternative that is supported by scholarly research. Must be 5-7 pages can you handle that an how much??
