Draw a structured flowchart to represent the logic of a program

Draw a structured flowchart to represent the logic of a program that allows the user to enter
values for a age, income and whether or not the person is blind.
The program will output “YES” if the person needs to file a tax return or “NO” if they do not
based on the following criteria.
 If they are over the age of 65 and have an income less than $9400 the do not need to file.
 If they are 65 or under and have an income an income less that $8500 they do not need to
file.
 If they are blind they do not need to file.
Note: No need to use an Array or modules

You dont need to use raptor tool if you don't have it.
