Draft a Will and a Letter accompanying it

(a)       Draft a letter (of not more than 2 pages) in reply to the client’s email and where necessary explain the proper manner of disposal of the assets, consequences of instructions given and any advice to be rendered; and

(b)       Prepare a draft Will based on the client’s instructions.

Will be good if you have basic research skills on the law. Jurisdiction to follow will be told to you privately. Once again, do not plagiarise or copy and paste please.
