DQ 10 250 words: Recently, there has been talk of our country releasing some of the funds held that were frozen and unattainable to Iran due to economic sanctions if Iran provides some concessions on the nuclear talks.  Some people argue this is a bad idea and that it would be better to take an all or nothing approach.  Which approach do you endorse and why?  Below is a link that describes this situation.
