8.      It is very important for management to follow up anything noted in the evaluation process.  After all, how can an employee take an evaluation seriously if nobody follows up on it, nothing ever changes or the process does not lend itself to be actionable?  How serious would any of us take a goal or objective if there was nobody tracking it?  There is an old saying, "they respect what you inspect".
