On page 15 of the course pack, the article by Dobni and Klassen provides seven best practices for those that are "...serious about forwarding their organization's innovation agendas."

Part 1 of your response: Of the seven best practices, which in your opinion is the best? Why? (Support your response).

Part 2 of your response: Provide a specific example of how this best practice could have improved innovation in your own organization (employment, volunteer assignment, etc.).
