DQ 1 - Due Thursday

Patients often equate the quality of the service with the quality of health care. How can you change this perception using surveys and research? What type of methodology would you use while conducting this type of research? 

There is no word count minimum for DQ answers but I do expect full and complete answers in a concise matter.  If parts of a DQ are not answered you will be asked to explain further or to expand on your answer.
