Part One: What is this profession all about?

a.      Research the profession you chose by visiting the website www.bls.gov.

You need to print out the article/information you found on the site, and hand it in with your essay.

b.      The information you obtain from the site is your reference; therefore, you should not be copying word for word.

c.       Use this research as background information for the essay

   Part Two: Research a “well known” person working in the field:

                  Please include the following information:

·         Background information

·         Life history-including birth through death

·         Educational history

·         Job positions

·         Awards and/or major accomplishments

·         What important thing he/she contributed to this field.

*The essay should be at least 3 pages typed, double spaced, 12 font, 1 inch margin.

*You must include a bibliography page with this essay (MLA or APA Style).

           *A minimum of 3 sources must be cited and used in your Bibliography.
