Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley Acts

Write a 2-3 page paper.  In your paper include the following:

• An explanation of what relationship the Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley Acts have to financial markets and what are the similarities or differences between these Acts.
• Please include information and topics from the chapter readings to justify your explanation and reasoning.
