its an outline form: the sentences should be short (phrases are ok) it doesn't have to be a complete sentence(NO PARAGRAPHS)  

the issue should be about the leader not the organization

The ISSUE is I was working as an administrative assistant and they have a budget issue, my boss set up a one to one meeting and told me that they have to let me go because they don't have money for my salary but there was nothing official (no proof, not letter, no email) so I had to go to the HR and ask them but they told me that's not true and I've to go back to work or if i want to leave I've to pay 2 months notice

that lead to: no transparency, lack of communication between me and the leader
