Do this Essay for me

I hope things are going OK. I wanted to make a few things clearer about the term paper, which I may have been unclear about:

Part 1: This can be about one company, or two companies, whatever you choose.

Length of term paper: I expect part 1 will be a few pages at minimum, but I am more interested in QUALITY (and answering the things I asked about) than QUANTITY (a long paper). Longer does not necessarily mean better. I am leaving it to your judgment, based on answering the things I asked about. 

When looking up regulations/regulators in part 1: think of what the business does, to find search terms. Is it a product manufacturer? Then it will have come environmental and safety regulations/laws. Every business has to pay taxes. If it is a financial firm like a bank or lending website, it has a lot of disclosures to make. If it has big workplaces, there may be workplace safety regulations. Food products have food safety regulations. Various beauty type firms (and many other services companies) may have some licensing to get.
