Diversity in the Workplace

You are about to give a presentation to a cross-cultural group. The 
presentation contains some technical data related to your field (you can choose 
the field you currently work in the field you are studying for). Computer as in IT feild

Among the audience will be people from non-English-speaking countries who have 
a minimal working knowledge of , but not substantial fluency. Also included are 
people from cultures who do things differently than is standard for U.S. or 
other "Western" countries.

Design a presentation (it can be text-only) that is about 15 minutes long. Make 
sure that you highlight the key points, explain any terms (remember
definition?) specific to the field, and discuss how you would handle language 
and cultural barriers.
