- 0.5 page on online banking
-1 page about status of online banking in saudi arabia
-4 pages on issues + challenges of online banking
-1 page on role of online banking + consumer behavior in costumer relations

General points to know while making the paper:
- do not use actual book referencing
- all references should be internet based
- use ebsco and ejournals and reliable web material as references
-put in mind that the subject is about the relationship between trust, banking and financial commerce and how to develop them (this should be what the paper is mainly about)
