  • I agree, receiving a bunch on information at once could be overwhelming, but i enjoy information like this because I learn things i never knew before. Before this class I had a little experience with static and dynamic IP address, but once hearing about it again in this course it refreshed my memory. This is one reason why I enjoy learning a ton of information in class because everyone in class can share what they might know already and help others that might need a better understanding. Also I like your example of how static IP address never change.

    • I would suggest a static for the security and in most cases you must purchase a block of static IP's they are not free or just open to the public.  Their is an IP  registry that  must know what they are being used for like a security camera.  With a static as stated before the address will remain the same opposed to a dynamic which changes every time.  A network administrator would be able to log into that IP direct to detect issues or etc

      • Lamar - A static routing table is created, maintained, and updated by a network administrator, manually.

A static route to every network must be configured on every router for full connectivity.

Does this enable network segmentation to isolate certain broadcast domain?

        • Sure I will explain my steps in this method for y=2x+4. I first  1 for x to eliminate that variable then i multiplied 2*1 and add 4

which gave me the answer y=6.The second equations I eliminated y with the equation 2x+4 which gives me 3x+(2x+4)=9,next add the like variables 3x+2x+4=9 which will be 5x+4=9 third subtract 4 from both sides 5x=5 last step is dividing 5 from both sides to gave you x=1 order set is (1,6).

          • How do you solve a system of linear equations by graphing? Explain how the solution is found?
