Give an example of a situation where another person’s word arrangement, word choice, or intended meaning created misunderstanding. Summarize what happened as a result of the misunderstanding. Identify what could have been done to avoid the misunderstanding. Next, review the e-mail on page 18 of your text. Explain briefly why the e-mail is inappropriate.
