Imagine that you are the leader of an organization and your company is going through some new technology changes (updates to programs used within the company, website, and security systems). Employees in an organization may be nervous and unsure of some of these changes. How will you model enthusiasm and support for this new technology? How will you ensure your employees are excited for the new changes?
