DQ 2 ) Obesity: According to Plante (2011), Psychological and behavioral interventions that focus on food intake, selection, and the role of emotions such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem must be considered as social and cultural factors. There are some psychological changes that accompany obesity and diets. The psychological and behavioral changes related to weight loss and eating more frequently display perceptual and emotional body image from the norm. Some interventions such as medication and biological interventions can be used effectively in the treatment of eating disorders

such as obesity. There are numerous combinations of weight loss fades and gadgets on the market all promising quick results with weight loss. However, individuals that uses these methods to lose weight need to be cautious, most pills and gadgets are ineffective or even dangerous.
