Topic 1: Teamwork

Although teamwork can benefit many organizations, introducing and managing team structures can be a real challenge. Search past issues of business journals or newspapers (print or online editions) to locate articles about how an organization has overcome problems with teams. You may also choose to share a challenging experience you have had working in a team and explain how the issues were handled. 

Topic 2: Communication Barriers

How can communication barriers affect organizations? Provide some examples of communication barriers in the workplace or from your personal experience.  How can organizations overcome these barriers?
