Discussion Questions 2

 The central issue in this reading on corporate governance has to do with the essential philosophical question: Who should lead? Who is most qualified to lead an organization? What virtues  

are most important to those who have power? I would like a response to the question "What constitutes excellence?" and specifically "What constitutes excellence in those who are in a position of power?" 

These are two related moral questions but not identical questions. I would like your response.
