Discussion Questions......

In Unit 5 and Unit 6, you have examined several different process and analytical tools that are used to measure and access the effectiveness of policies. Do you believe that these tools are impartial and devoid of any biases? Why, or why not? In your response, please refer to at least two of the analytical tools discussed in Units 5 and 6.

Provide an example of a failed environmental policy and explain why it was not effective. Please include in your answer 2–3 suggestions how you think the policy could have been improved.
