Discussion Questions

·         You have now delivered the project to your customer. Now, it is time to reflect on what went well and what didn’t go so well. Based on feedback throughout the course, what would you have done differently in terms of scope, resources, and / or schedule, and why?

·         Research one company that you believe is not exceptionally innovative. Determine how strategic entrepreneurship  would be most beneficial to the company you researched. Provide specific examples to support your response. Also, identify one firm that you think would make a good strategic partner for the company you researched. Provide specific examples of why you think this firm would be a good partner.
