"Areas of Practice" Please respond to two (2) of the following:

Describe the relationship between products liability, negligence, and strict liability. What are the similarities and what are the differences among these tort actions? Pick an incident that could fall into one of the torts and explain how you would recover damages under that tort.

What are the elements of the tort of negligence? Give an example of a claim for negligence and explain how it meets the requirements for recovery under this theory.

Discuss these (2) types of tort causes of action, negligence and the professional malpractice and discuss the key required information that a paralegal would need to compile in order to litigate the causes of action that you have chosen. Next, of the two (2) causes of action that you have identified, address the one that you believe would be easier to litigate. Provide a rationale for your response.
