The process of staffing has many phases which are done in order, starting with sourcing applicants. Conduct academic research on the staffing and selection processes.

Select one staffing process to report about in detail for your initial post on the forum. Then, give your opinion on how you might improve how that process is done.

STUDENTS ANSWER

The staffing and selection process is quite tedious. After conducting various forms of research, I believe that the best staffing process is through services that provide and train employees to work for specific companies. Another word for this process is through temp services or hiring agencies. The process generally encompasses the creation of a resume. As a potential temp employee, I am responsible for creating my own resume, and following up with the hiring agency. The hiring agency is responsible for gathering information and potential employers who are requiring the skills of the potential temp employee. Often those agencies create jobs that are permanent for the temp agency.
