L.L. Bean
According to Mark Fasold in the L.L. Bean case, the catalog business really captures demand – “If we haven’t got it, and the customer cancels the order, we know it.” Are there any examples of demand that is not being captured? If so, how could it be captured?
In general, what might be some examples of such demand either in your industry or other industry?
