3D printing is an exciting technological advance that currently is being used in various fields to create items from art to toys to models; the dental profession is using 3D printers to print dental implants for individuals. The next pioneer of 3D printing is printing human organs using stem cells. Using a search engine, research 3D printing of human organs with the use of stem cells. Discuss the obstacles, morally and scientifically, along with your overall concerns and issues with this technology.
Do you think individuals would take care of your body (exercise and eat right) if you knew you could get a new organ(s) 3D printed for yourself later in life? Would you?
