From the nineteenth century to now, management theorists (gurus) have enhanced our understanding of management and motivation. Conduct academic research and select one of these to report about on the forum. Evaluate the pros and cons of the theory they promoted. Pick a theorist another team member has not reported on; there are at least twenty-five of them from Henri Fayol to now!
