I have attached instructions to assignment below. Please read caefully and absoulutely NO PLAGIARISM WILL BE EXCEPTED.

Create a fictitious company and all the executives in it along with their potential liability as company figure heads.  Also try to come up with a 2 page company legal manual explaining to employees the dos and don'ts of their positions you have created.  See the image attachments included for assistance as well as a sample legal manual i have uploaded into content. (only focus on the legal elements as it pertains to their legal conduct, and not the entire employee handbook)
