Discussion Poem post American Lit
chrwahChoose one assigned poem each from Bradstreet and Wheatley. The purpose of poetry is to touch the reader's life in some way. In order to do so, one needs to connect to the poem on a personal level. Your post should include:
- The personal connection you were able to make with each poem. Include a specific quote and explain how you connected with it.
- A definition (in your own words) of reader response theory.
- Specific quotes from each poem.
