In this module, you learned about the seven-step decision-making model. Take a problem within an organization and apply this model to come up with a solution. Concisely explain the problem and present the solution in your post. You may choose a problem within your own organization or a problem in an organization with which you are familiar. In your discussion, share each of the seven steps as they pertain to the issue you are addressing. Clearly identify how this process can be helpful for organizational leadership decision-making.

Be sure to support your statements with logic and argument, citing any sources referenced. Post your initial response no later than Thursday of each week. Answer questions/comments from other students (and your instructor) who respond to your initial post. Reply to at least two different students with a comment or question. Check back often to continue the discussion.
