mrgrdnImagine that you are hired as the environmental manager at a facility producing several streams of hazardous waste. The facility has recently had a small spill of hazardous waste inside the plant perimeter. Though small the spill did result in a delayed notification for a reportable quantity and later the resultant fine from a state agency.
