As we learned in Week 7, your business sponsor and customer informed you that you have to deliver your project much sooner than anticipated. When you break the news to your team, they are not happy with the decision for they are concerned that the project will now fail. Using the information you learned from readings, what can you do as a leader to ensure your project team that this is the right thing to do? What will you do to motivate them?

RESPOND

For me being a team leader is everything. This means to me supporting the team in all challenges leading up to the deadline.  A leader will know what to say when asked immediately. There is know rights or wrongs just listening to every team member can help when finishing the goal. If you are not open minded then you are not a leader to me. What I would say is that the project is not going to fail, it just needs to pushed more in other parts of the scope. If you are not a team and cannot work together than why have a leader who doesn't share everything with you. I will make every effort to here and encourage my teammates because thats what a leader does. Also being focused on my project with the best feedback to my mates as possible. I have been down this road before and I know I won't fail them or me. You need the confidence and support of your team just like they need you. I don't believe in failing, but everyone has and I have definitely have learned from it over the years. I will do what it takes to get the job done because I believe in my team and they believe in me!

rRNA is a component of a ribosome and is necessary for protein synthesis in all living organisms, rRNA patterns are used used broadly for working with other organisms since they are found in every form of life.

3 reasons why scientist choose to use rRNA as an Evolutionary Chronometers:

-Through differences in rRNA orders, scientist can differentiate organisms on the species degree and findevolutionary relation.

- The study of ribosomal RNA has led to the findings of three different levels of life: Eukaryotes, Bacteria, andArchaea.

- Ribsomal RNA order conflict between species, through modification.
