BUS375 DISCUSSION

You have now delivered the project to your customer. Now, it is time to reflect on what went well and what didn’t go so well. Based on feedback throughout the course, what would you have done differently in terms of scope, resources, and / or schedule, and why?

RESPOND

I have to reflect on one thing first which was learning how to use Microsoft Office. Creating my own WBS on my hybrid motorcycles project was exciting and when I was able to create in MS Project with each step numerically I was really excited. Looking back on what went well was figuring out what resources of the staff I was going to use dedicated or non-dedicated resources. I decided to use the important people full-time and the not so experienced part-time. The schedule was not bad for me to create it was the scope of the project which meeting the deadline and quality of the product in which I was making for the first time. I was overwhelmed and had to change the certain factors many of times to make sure the deadline was going to be met. I was also concerned about the quality and making sure the stakeholders were satisfied with product I was managing. I would of made the project timeline a little longer to ensure quality because in this day and age quality is number one.

Discuss three (3) positive and three (3) negative impacts of humans on the biosphere. Which positive and negative impacts do you believe are the most significant to consider. Justify your response.

An ecosystem is a complex set of relationship among the living resources,habitats and residents of an area. It includes fish , animals, watsr, swell and people. This also includes organisms and other natural resources in the universe. Ecosystem vary greatly in size and the element that makes them up but it is a functional unit of nature that everything that lives in an ecosystem is dependence on the other species and elements also pets of an ecosystem is damaged all disappear it has an impact on everything else. When an ecosystem is healthy says it's it's sustainable. This means that all the elements have in balance and are capable of reproducing themselves there is usual biodiversity.
How do scientists study ecosystems 1. Research on the environment 2. Laboratory research 3. Computer models. Most scientist move to the environment to work on the living things and none living things. The scientist also used Laboratory.
