Projects: goal is to create a presentation for prospective Graduate students.

1.      Using the Six Thinking Hats approach, consider what it would take to move from where you are now to where you wish to be at the project’s conclusion (Gap analysis).

2.      Do a Stakeholder Analysis for the project (Using Mind Tools #3 as your guide).

3.      Using the Six Thinking Hats approach, what you will do between now and next week to take a step toward your ideal?

4.     Create a Work Breakdown Schedule

5.     Create a Gantt chart for the project
