You are enrolled in the next to last core course in your AAS, MCB degree.  This course introduces you to Medical Assisting -- ie., in small and medium size healthcare clinics front desk jobs may require the job responsibilities of both running the front office and coding and billing.  As we begin this course, what top three skills do you feel are needed to be successful in a dual role job as just described and why?  When you post to your fellow students' posts, do you agree or disagree with the top three skills they listed and why or why not?  Did they list a skill you didn't list and if so, which skill, and how could you also utilize that on the job skill?
