Your textbook identifies specific Rater Errors and Biases when conducting performance appraisals. Do you feel that you’ve ever been victim to any of these during your performance appraisal? If you were a supervisor, have you ever struggled with any of these biases while conducting a performance appraisal? What could have been done to correct this?
