The final course paper deals with your educational philosophy. After reading Chapter 9, how do you see some (or maybe even all) of the learning theories and learning models applying to your philosophy of education?
here is EXAMPLES of one of my frinds response
The example is the following
I relate closely with Humanism and Behavior learning. From previous experience I have learned that a persons involvement comes from within. Self-initiating is important to have some sense of discovery or drive from within. Pervasive influences the personality of the learner. By evaluating the learner you're better able to understand if the material is being learned. This would be like taking tests to see how much the facilitator has learned. Humans need to be motivated to develop, perform, and improve their skills needed. This goes back to incentives and employee compensations, if their is a reward at the end of the learning process or performance process.
Social learning is another aspect I include in my philosophy. The interaction with others and the observation is a good tool to use when teaching. People can learn vicariously by imitating others this is why I lean towards this learning theory.
