The van Knippenberg, Den Hartog, Koopman, and Schippers (2008) article studies the effect of transformational leadership on team performance, namely, reflexivity.  How would you define transformational leadership?  Have you ever worked for a transformational leader?  If you had to pick one person, living or dead, who personified transformational leadership, who would it be and why?
