1.     Living Document
 
In a minimum of 150-200 words, describe to what extent you support or disagree with the concept of the Constitution as a “living document.” Respond substantively to at least two of your classmates by Day 7.  
 

2.     States and the Economy
 
In a minimum of 150-200 words, describe which basic approach (laissez-faire, statism, socialism, welfare) you think is the best state system for handling the economy. For the state system you select, make sure to address why this system is the best for state supervision of the economy and redistribution of wealth to the poorer sectors of society. Respond to at least two of your fellow students’ postings by Day 7.
