There are many aspects involved with the performance of a self-managing team.  Discuss how you and your team have approached the issue of multi-tasking as you work on your team project concurrently with individual work on your capstone projects.

Include in your discussion the issues related to accountability to the team.  How do you balance the desire to be individually recognized for your own efforts, with the collective recognition given to the entire team for overall performance results?
