Create a project objective statement for this project.
Create a balanced set of metrics that could be used to evaluate whether or not the 10K run was a success. Be sure to consider interim measures as well as end of project ones.
Describe how you would involve team members in the creation of the project objective statement and metrics creation in a project team environment.
