Leadership is about the growth and positive change that a leader can bring about while working with others” (Jansen Kraemer, 2011, p.9).  Consider Chapter 1 and 2 in the text and share your perception on the value of self-reflection, balance and perception as it relates to your professional work environment (or a work environment familiar to you).  Please provide specific examples that demonstrate your understanding.
